Black Steel Taper Lock Bushes Split Taper Bush Untuk V Belt Pulley

Taper bush adalah cara yang paling mudah dan hemat biaya untuk memasang puli, sprocket, dan kopling ke poros kawin tanpa menggunakan alat khusus apa pun.

Taper bush terbuat dari besi cor presisi dan baja logam, juga dapat dikerjakan dengan ukuran lubang dan alur pasak yang diperlukan, selalu disertakan lengkap dengan sekrup pengunci, dan paket dengan kotak individual.

 

1. Bersihkan poros, lubang, dan bagian luar bushing, dan lubang hub (mengambil bushing dari hub jika sudah dirakit). Hilangkan oli. pernis, atau kotoran. Tempatkan bushing di hub dan cocokkan setengah lubang untuk membuat lubang lengkap (masing-masing lengkap lubang akan berulir di satu sisi saja).
2. Ulir oli dan titik sekrup atau ulir set dan di bawah kepala sekrup tutup. Pasang sekrup secara longgar di lubang yang berulir di hub satu sisi lihat lubang pemasangan.
3. Pastikan bushing bebas di hub. Selipkan rakitan ke poros dan tempatkan pada posisi yang diinginkan.
4. Kencangkan sekrup secara bergantian dan merata sampai semua ditarik dengan sangat kencang. Gunakan pipa pada kunci pas untuk meningkatkan daya ungkit, lihat torsi sekrup bushing lancip yang perlu ditanyakan.
5. Jika kunci kios, letakkan di alur pasak poros sebelum memasang bushing lancip.
6. Setelah drive berjalan di bawah beban untuk waktu yang singkat, hentikan dan periksa kekencangan sekrup. Isi lubang lainnya dengan minyak untuk menghilangkan kotoran.
